The "Cabo de la Vela" is one of the top locations in the Guajira Department, one hour away from the capital Riohacha. There are logistical connections to the places of El Faro, El Ojo de Agua and El Desierto de Carrizal to enjoy every hour of exploring; and of course to the Surfing and Kite-Surfing spot of Baja Guajira.
